Privacy Policy

This policy covers AmSpirit Mississippi’s website at AmSpiritms.com, managed by Brian Parton. It explains how information is handled when you browse, request a chapter visit, express interest in starting a chapter, or use a protected management page.

Information you provide

Our visit form asks for your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, preferred chapter, and preferred visit date. Our chapter-interest form asks for your name, business name, email, phone, city or area, your interest in starting a chapter, and an optional answer about whether you know others who may be interested.

We also save a submission identifier, the submission time, and a follow-up status. Please do not include sensitive personal information or someone else’s contact details in these forms.

Presenter schedules include the presenter’s name, business, topic, chapter, and meeting date. Those details are displayed publicly on the relevant chapter page. Approved editor email addresses are used to manage chapter editing permissions.

How we use information

We use form answers to respond to you, arrange and confirm visits, discuss chapter opportunities, and track follow-up. Sending a form does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Brian uses scheduled ChatGPT checks to receive alerts about new submissions. Submission information may be processed within ChatGPT as part of those checks and notifications.

Storage, access, and sharing

Form submissions are stored in the site’s database, supported by ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. The app’s review lists require Brian’s approved sign-in; form answers are not published on the public website. Approved program chairs can manage their assigned presenter schedules, which is separate from access to the inquiry lists.

Brian may share the details needed to arrange your visit with the relevant chapter officers. Service providers process information needed to host, secure, and operate the site and support notifications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, misuse, or security concerns. We do not sell form submissions or use them for targeted advertising.

Browsing, cookies, and sign-in

You can browse public pages and submit either form without signing in to ChatGPT. Protected management features use ChatGPT sign-in. When you sign in, the site receives identity details such as your account identifier, email address, and name when available, to check permissions.

The site does not currently include advertising pixels or a separate visitor analytics service. Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs, and cookies needed for security and authentication. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy notices: OpenAI and Cloudflare.

How long information stays

Form submissions currently remain stored until manually removed; the site does not automatically delete them after a set period. Contact Brian if you would like your submission reviewed for deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons, and service-provider backups may follow separate retention schedules.

Your choices and questions

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing Brian.parton@amspiritms.com or calling (228) 861-3877. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Please do not email passwords or sensitive documents.

Security

The site uses HTTPS and sign-in restrictions for protected records. These measures help protect information, but no website or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Other websites and children

Links to Facebook, AmSpirit headquarters, and other outside websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact Brian.
